职位描述

The APAC HR Projects Lead leads a team of highly skilled HR project resources who provide high quality support in project design and implementation, and 'surge capacity' to fill urgent and high profile resource gaps. Projects and roles may be in the APAC region or global. The APAC HR Projects Lead reports to the Strategy and Enablement Lead, Lynne Barry.

The role of the APAC HR Projects Lead is to:

Manage the APAC Projects team - ensure the team is optimally staffed; coach and mentor team members; provide leadership, guidance, content expertise, and final review to the team

Provide oversight of all work the team is staffed to - ensure that objectives are clear and that team members are performing well and meeting expectations

Ensure that the team is creating maximum impact in terms of the work it takes on and the outcomes of the team's efforts

In addition to managing the team, the APAC HR Projects Lead is staffed to a project or interim role him/herself.

For the duration of the maternity cover, the individual will be staffed to Accenture Open Education, reporting to Rahul Varma, the project executive sponsor, and Allison Horn, the program manager.

We will use this model to expand the available talent pool by increasing the supply of qualified entry level IT talent for the industry, identifying candidates with strong potential for success at Accenture and extending employment opportunities to people currently beyond our recruiting reach. Specific responsibilities on the Accenture Open Education (AOE) program include:

Develop and deliver the distribution strategy for the global launch of the program to maximise the impact and program take up among the target demographic

Identify and support relevant opportunities to share content and expand use of program across Skills to Succeed and ADP initiatives.

Manage the change and communications workstream, ensuring that key stakeholders are aware of AOE's progress and appropriately informed to make key decisions

Track developments in open education, continually refining our POV regarding where AOE fits in and how we differentiate ourselves from related efforts

Manage the relationship with Marketing and Branding and oversee co-branding agreements with external partners, global launch plan and social media strategy
