Key responsibilities of the role include:

? Interface with local and global client teams, Operating Groups and other GTIN Nodes to identify business opportunities
? Proposal and solution development support for identified core banking opportunities
? Provide SME level inputs on functional solution design and delivery
? People Management and practice growth
? Management of business and solution transformation delivery assignments
? Manage development of relevant new assets, tools and point of views
? Quality review of on-going project to ensure Accenture best practices & development methodologies adoption in every stage of the project

Requirement:

？ Experience between 3 to 8 yrs in the Banking/ Consulting/ Solution industry
？ Good understanding of both Retail and Corporate Banking
？ Should have strong experience in running transformation projects covering program management, process design, managing business requirements, testing, solution delivery lifecycle, change management
？ Exposure to working on client proposals, RFP response and solution evaluation
？ Understanding and awareness of different business operating model
？ Exposure to defining functional architecture is desirable
？ A good understanding of at least one key core banking solution (SAP Banking Services / FLEXCUBE / Finacle / T24 / Profile / CBOD / BaNCS, Signature, etc.) is an advantage


Key Competencies and Characteristics:

？ Should have excellent communication, presentation and client interfacing skills.
？ Should have an analytical bent of mind with capability of deciding on nature of information needed and the ability to derive business sense of such information
？ Should be able to think logically and present ideas from a business perspective

Qualification:

？ Bachelor/Master Degree from a reputable post-secondary institution
？ Mandarin is must
？ Mainland China working experience is not must
