Job Summary

Human Resources is involved in every part of Accenture's organization and Human Resources activities fall into roughly three categories: Talent management, career management, performance management, capability development, and rewards; Employee engagement, which focuses on people satisfaction and employee and alumni relations; and Human capital efficiency, which focuses on HR strategy, the operating structure, HR technology, HR service delivery and internal controls.


The HR People Advisor supports general human resources activities. He/she will work with leadership to understand the business environment and to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities. The People Advisor serves as an advisor/coach to line managers and career counselors on people related matters to enable them to coach our employees, makes recommendations and suggests solutions within the responsible group. The People Advisor also participates in the execution of many of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities may include

Operation process effectiveness for responsible area

? Manage the employee life cycle enabling the execution of the HR processes (onboarding, orientation/integration, discipline, leaves, managed departures and exit)

? Support employees and line managers in people-matters (i.e. employee relations, performance management, promotion, PIP, etc.)

? Functional expert of responsible area

? Support compliance (i.e. PCMM, internal controls, policy)

Performance Management

? Execute Annual Performance Management process

? Support ongoing performance management process (i.g. objective setting, assess outcome, PIP, misconduct, promotion)

HR Legal compliance and advice

? Handle and address employee relations queries/concerns, consulting with legal team as appropriate

? Updating management on a variety of matters including absence, poor performance, managed terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters, advising on legal framework, options and potential risks

Employee Engagement and relationship

? Facilitation of Employee Engagement and People programs/activities by coaching the line managers and providing advisory support (i.g. GES, leadership survey, etc.)

? Researching attrition/retention, analyzing trends thorough headcount and exit data and recommending appropriate course of action

? Serving as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and providing guidance and intervention, as needed

? Communication bridge between the responsible scope and management team

? Supporting and advising executives on HR policy, ensuring compliance to the company's policies

Talent development and coaching for the scope of business

? Coach and advise line managers and career counselors in career planning and development so they can effectively coach our employees

? Initial and implement innovations and programs for people matters for business

? Coach and develop junior level people/peers by providing feedbacks and suggestions

? Deliver trainings including NJO as needed

Qualifications and Experience

Education

A Bachelor degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline

Skills

Fluent English in both writing and oral communication
Expert on micro soft applications, i.g. excel, powerpoint, outlook, etc.
Data analysis skills by using the tool

Work Experience

? Human Resources generalist experience at least 6 years

? Deep human resources service delivery experience

? Deep understanding of labor law and market practice

? Solid understanding of business operations and business strategy

? Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

? Strong coaching and partnering capability combined with a demonstrated ability to influence

? Experiences in building successful and productive working relationships

? Experiences in critical people issue resolving and risk management

? Team management experiences at least 2 years

? Experiences in program / project enablement and management

Others

? Ability to drive others/programs going forward

? Good time management skill for multiple tasks handling at the same time

? Pressure management ability

? Professional presentation skills in front of others
