职位描述

Key responsibilities will include:

Work with Head of Retail and HR team to identify training needs and enhancement required
To organize and manage training programmes within an organization
Design, develop and implement comprehensive annual training plan that supports company sales targets
Enhance and deliver sales training to internal and external sales staff
Deliver service and selling skills, basic product knowledge training to all sales staff
Uplift service and selling skills standard of sales staff
Provide in-store coaching to sales staff and on-time training to new joiners

Job Requirements

University degree in any discipline, post-graduate degree an advantage
With at least 5 years of training experience or in sales role with training responsibilities in retail or service industry
Experience in a large, global organization is preferred
Good understanding of high-end retail industry as well as business standards and processes, sales, global trends in retail and product knowledge
Good understanding of related local regulations
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
