职位描述
Key Job Responsibility
1. Build up Quality assurance and quality control programs and procedures to meet national and international regulations and GMI corporate policies and standards, in charge of implementation and improvement for quality system, Procedures and SOPs.
2. Develop measurement system for quality system implementation and in process control, review plant QRO status to identify root cause of issues, trouble shooting and take corrective actions to ensure procedures, SOPs are implemented in effectiveness.
3. Provide training to plant employees to build up their ownership of quality control, progressively train to perform QC tasks in their normal day to day operation
4. Lead internal audit and coordinate external, second part and third part audits.
5. Conduct supplier audit and annually assessment; involve key suppliers in site QRO programs training to help their quality improvement.
6. Distribution Chain survey to cooperate with Sales dept. on product quality stability and reduce out of temp control risk for frozen foods
7. In charge of investigation for consumer complaint and issues trend analysis, develop improving action and monitor corrective results
8. In charge of Product Sensory Evaluation and benchmarking to provide valuable suggestion on quality improvements
9. Cooperate with R&D on new products development, production and quality control
10. Good relationship keeping with government related dept. and be responsible for license/certifications update
11. QRO AOP setting and department team building, develop QRO technician and QC capability and upgrade their professional skills
Education /Experience/Knowledge/Skill
1. University education, major in Food Science, Food Processing & Technology, Microbiology or Biological Chemistry
2. Above 5 years working experience in global food company, preferably ever working at brand company
3. Rich experiences in ingredients control system
4. At least 3 years management experience on plant QA or production
5. Smart problem solving ability
6. Good English of both oral and written
