Amazon China is seeking for a creative, dynamic and motivated Marketing Director to lead a team of multiple marketing channels, (i.e. email marketing, search marketing, sms marketing and more), drive best practice and take full responsibilities for both operational excellence and output performance. This team will report to Marketing VP and be part of Amazon China Traffic Organization, which drives all marketing initiatives, strategies and executions on behalf of Amazon China. As a senior leader, the person owns strategies and execution of all involved marketing channels and his/her span of control and responsibilities will be very diverse, ranging from business development, cross-department collaboration, vendor relationship management, operational efficiency improvement, change management and performance management etc. The person is expected to effectively partner with not only internal cross-functional teams but also external cross-industrial vendors; not only CN local teams but also multiple teams across other Amazon locales. Background and experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is required and a proven track record of driving innovation in systems, physical or virtual processes and detail handling is also very important. While the technical experience is not a must-have, the successful candidate must have the ability to translate their business process and business requirements to an engineer and the winning candidate will be highly data-driven and customer-obsessed.

Your key responsibilities will include:
? Development and implement strategies for multiple marketing channels, translate them into an achievable roadmap/action plan and manage a team of 4-5 leaders each focusing on driving dedicated marketing channels and initiatives;
? Oversee all operations of marketing activities of the channels responsible for, with an emphasis on process seamlessness, quality/rick control and a superlative customer experience;
? Develop and improve strategic relationships with vendors and external partners, consistently seeking for BD opportunities;
? Plan and work closely with partner organizations in planning, developing, and testing new operational improvements;
? Analyze, interpret and communicate all key business metrics with senior management in weekly, monthly and quarterly business meetings meanwhile proactively identify issues and perform deep dive analysis to guide business decision making;
? Deliver Results as measured by but not limited to traffic, customer and sales growth, investment efficiency improvement and operation excellence.

Basic Qualifications
? 8-10 years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience (website, SNS, paid search, SEO, etc.)
? At least 5 years in management roles as people manager;
? Proven project management skills leading multiple, large-scale e-commerce initiatives;
? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects while maintaining deadlines and managing resources with little or no direction;
? Results-oriented leader with exceptional execution skills, be willing to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done;
? Ability to measures performance via analytics and improves results by solving for root cause;
? Good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations ;
? Superior verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Preferred Qualifications
? Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes and systems, experience leading Six Sigma, Lean and/or Kaizen projects is a plus;
? Experience in building and training high caliber teams ;
? Superior strategic thinking and leadership skills with a proven ability to lead cross.
