If your answer is yes, please join us! As an Apparel Website and Metrics specialist, you will be part of the Softline Team of Amazon.cn, the contractor of the leading new arrival and detailed page performance in Beijing.
We are looking for an open-minded person with strong learning ability and some online content experiences.
Your areas of responsibility include:
? Responsible for the launch issues of brand new arrival and optimization of detailed page (A+ content, brand description, item name, bullet point and size chart).
? Drive the performance of detailed page and track the metrics of glance view and DPH.
? Continuously work to improve the shopping experience in our fashion store.
? Propose and implement the brand promotion plans in cooperation with site merchandiser.
? Continuously observe industry trends and incorporate with our website experience.
? Conduct regular and rigid quality control of our website by drawing on quantitative results.
? Closely partner with other teams in Apparel (Site Merchandiser, Vendor Manager and Instock Planner).
Basic Qualifications
Your profile should include the following skills & competencies:
? Understand e-commerce platform, at least 1 year experience in either the online marketing or the retail sector, ideally with some exposure to the fashion industry.
? Track record of working to improve customer experience.
? Ability to self-organize multiple tasks well and to complete them on time with a clear focus on quantitative results.
? Excellent communication skills – proven results with key decision makers.
? Ability to work well in a team.
? High degree of proactive “hands-on” thinking and acting, strong attention to details.
? Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with relevant tools (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Excel and other internal tools).
? Dealing with ambiguity / stress.
? Bachelor Degree.
? Proficiency in English is strongly desired.
