Job Description
Amazon provides enterprises the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform. Worldwide, more than a million sellers use this Marketplace and thereby contribute to the success of Amazon.
Amazon is growing its Marketplace aggressively in China. In this context, Amazon is seeking a creative, dynamic and motivated Marketing Manager who plan, execute on the Marketing strategy to recruit a large number of sellers onto the Marketplace platform and manage the experience of this large seller community.
Specifically, this person will be planning and executing:
1, Marketing site SEO
2, Paid Search
3, Affiliate Program
4, Amazon gateway placements
5, New online channel exploration
This person will analyze and report on marketing projects he/she owns - this includes analyzing the performance of seller acquisition strategies and optimizing campaigns against specific marketing metrics. He/She also has chance to support the planning & roll-out of some off-line programs including but not limited to Partnership build-up, Seller Recruitment Event, and Video Production.
This role provides an exceptional opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive, ever changing and fast-growing business climate.
Basic Qualification:
? 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with at least 3 years’ experience in on-line marketing (website, SNS, paid search, SEO etc.)
? Proven track record of building successful and scalable programs targeted to a large number of customers.
? Strong analytical and quantitative skills, a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and the ability to turn analysis into actionable programs.Strong attention to detail, and ability to evolve in an ambiguous environment.
? Excellent organization skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
? Highly driven and demonstrated ability to implement and deliver against aggressive targets
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English necessary
? Graduate BA or BS degree required
Preferred Qualification:
? Experience with seller business models preferable.
? SQL skills and familiaritywith statistical methods preferable.
? Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
