FBA Supply Chain Manager

Amazon China Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team is seeking a motivated and skilled supply chain manager to develop and maintain Supply Chain systems across our CN Operations Network. FBA is a growing new business built around Amazon’s world class capability and scalability in Ordering, Fulfillment, Transportation and Customer Service. By leveraging our current scale and supply chain savings, FBA can provide a low cost alternative for fulfillment and enable current small to mid-sized sellers to rapidly grow their business.
The successful candidate will help develop, maintain and integrate programmatic, automated solutions that lead to process improvements across our CN Operations and directly help seller experience.

Responsibilities:
? Own Sales and Operational forecasting (S&OP) for FBA CN, with the aim of improving forecasting accuracy for inbound, outbound and capacity.
? Work with large sellers on improvements of forecasting accuracy
? Develop and implement improved data sources for FBA Supply Chain systems, including inbound analyses to drive correct allocations.
? Develop and improve the inventory allocation across China, aiming at improvement on customer experience and maintain low operation cost.
? Support ad-hoc analysis requests for inbound shipments and customer impacting changes.
? Identify areas of improvement and drive implementation within FBA Supply Chain systems
? Develop and maintain key metrics associated with FBA Supply Chain operations

Basic Qualification:
? Graduate BA or master degree required.
? 2-3 years’ experience in database management along with strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel/Access.
? 3-4 years’ experience on inventory/material planning, supply chain planning.
? A strong appetite for teamwork and a Just-Do-It attitude
? Experience of dealing with results, metrics and data management and desire to create and build new processes
Preferred Qualification:
? Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills. Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering business improvements
? Excellent written, verbal, listening, communicating, and negotiating skills coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise is required
