Key Responsibilities:
l Set up Client Management system, formulate customer service standard for retail, office, hotel apartment operations.
l Initiate value-added service for GTLand Plaza & GTLand iMall, deliver hotel-like service to upgrade property operations business.
l Initiate customer satisfaction survey quarterly, deal with typical customer complaint.
l Build up the image of GTLand Property Management, sell GTLand Property Service brand to target clients, develop property service busniess when it`s ready.
l Build up customer service team, deliver professional training to enhance team capability.
l Support leasing & property management practices, make sure the property opening plan, rental collection plan and profitability target can be achieved successfully.
Qualification Requirement:
l 10 years` solid experience in custom service, property management, leasing or related area. Solid experience from five star hotel or high-end complex commercial buildings is a plus.
l Be familiar with high quality service standard and implement practices.
l Overseas experience with international eyesight is a must..
l Professional training, facilitating & coaching skill.
l Passionate, good communication and negotiation skill.
l Strong team building and people skill, result-oriented, eye for details,
l Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarian.
