Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Mainly responsible for the export shipping operation – Vessel space availability confirmation, container booking, documentation, etc.,
Coordinate with Forwarder, Broker and service provider to meet our requirements and provide best service;
Coordinate with factories to meet proper shipping deadlines;
Cargo consolidation from different location/region;
Assist in solving any shipping issues with factories and freight forwarder;
Follow up export scheduling and check export shipping documents;
Coordinate export customs declaration in time with accurate data;
Other projects that Manager assigned;
Daily / weekly reports on production and shipping progress to the Atlanta Headquarter;
Other work as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-4 year experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding business;
Well know Import/Export process and requirements, INCOTERMS, Chinese Customs Declaration;
High degree of accuracy, professionalism, the ability to organize, multi-task and meet deadlines;
Team player and excellent communication skills;
Able to work with various different departments;
Fluent in both written and spoken English;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook;
