(1)工作职责Responsibility：
·业务分析员主要提供BI项目实施中的业务咨询、业务需求分析等服务。他们需要与其他专业服务顾问紧密协作，从而保证客户对于BI应用的需求被恰当地识别、记录以及追踪
·参与售前工作，为客户提供业务咨询以及需求引导
·收集客户需求并主导需求分析过程
·参与设计应用方案
·提供最佳实践指引，并指导客户使用BI应用
·协助设计应用程序测试规则并进行测试
·辅助设计物理模型

(2)职位要求Qualification：
·深入了解BI应用的商业价值
·深入理解应用的业务领域（例如：风险管理、资产负债管理）
·来自一个或多个相关行业的行业经验
·优秀的客户交互、客户沟通以及咨询能力
