Responsibility:
The creation, alignment, approval, communication and execution of the assigned program schedule commitments.
Ensure Metric and milestone management, maintain Project and organization budget management.
Lead the local Electronic Capital project execution and make sure to book cost as plan and with linearity.
Lead the HTS China engineers and actively engage in the global test projects for success.
Lead team to actively support customers in China. Assure compliance with all company policies including but not limited to Legal, HS&E and Human Resources.
Lead Electronic Lab process improvement and standardization initiatives.
Lead lab growth in HOS activities, specific emphasis on 5S.
Lead Electronic lab processes, including, Equipment tracking, maintenance, calibration and repair.
Compliance with Engineering Standard design practices including Tools, Processes, and Documentation. Drive process standardization and improvement.
Assure linkage and support to Engineering Test Services productivity improvement initiatives.
Work with leaders, project engineers or test lead to develop staffing plans, assure maximum and sustainable work demand forecast.
Effectively hire, promote and develop a diverse workforce, and persistently provide coaching and counseling of individuals in their career development. Create an environment where individual and team accomplishments are valued and rewarded, and administer employee performance management.

Qualification
Primary Qualifications:
B.S. Engineering or equivalent
5+ years of experience in aircraft avionics/control/system integration experience with 2+ years in an engineering management role
Demonstrated ability in organizing, developing and leading a multi-disciplined team to achieve desired results.
Familiar with Avionics unit test, ATE design and building, Aviation test processes and standards is desired
Additional Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills both in Mandarin and English
Strong leadership and conflict management skills
Experience work with International team and can take oversea short-term on-site work
Flexible and open leadership style with the ability to adapt to change and to drive project performance in the face of change
Ability to deal with ambiguity, effectively cope with change and manage risk and uncertainty
Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers at all organizational levels
Experience presenting complex information to internal stakeholders and external customers preferred
