Reporting Line: Head of Client Implementation and Service
Job Scope:
The position will be responsible for the Business Internet Banking implementation for cooperate customers in China and for implementing cash management solutions that are standard or non-standard in nature after a deal is won. .
Key responsibilities include:
· Implementation of Customer Deals
- Responsible for customer implementation of e-banking product (Business Internet Banking), including documentation, system setup, customer training, testing etc.
- Ensure customer implementation is completed within the agreed KPI
- Track and report implementation status on regular basis, and timely escalate implementation issues when necessary
- Participate in special assignment project, eg complex deal implementation
· Provide post-implementation service, including hotline service, problem solving, retraining etc.
· Assist in pre-sales on solution proposal, demonstration of product features where necessary
· Providing feedback to Product Management on customer needs, market trends, and competitor information
Requirements:
· Above 3 years of experience in banking service, Cash Management implementation experience will be a plus
· Technically inclined with strong project management skills
· Good understanding of the local regulations and clearing systems in China.
· Independent self-starter and strong team-player.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good spoken and written English and Chinese
