Job mission and objective:

Take responsible for the development and completion of all customer activities in North Region. Build up the channel network to serve the customer including sales and after sales service. Create the sales strategy for short joint long term program. Drive the business to achieve the company goal.

Key Responsibility:

1. Develop and execute the business plan to exceed the budget
2. Manage and build the sales channels related to the product
3. Provide clinical support and training to customers
4. Maintain regular personal contact with certain key customers to meet customers needs
5. Collect the market information and provide sales strategies
6. Execute the missions which related to products sales

Professional requirement:

1. Minimum 3 years sales experience in medical environment, channel management skill preferred
2. Knowledge of medical business better within Anesthesia, NICU ,ICU and Sleep Medicine
3. Strong understanding of end user and market dynamic and requirement
4. Open and positive attitude
5. Self- motivation, self-control personal character
6. Team work spirit with functional department
7. High level of trust and integrity

Education qualification:

1. Bachelor’s required, biotechnology or clinical background is a plus
2. Fluent in English listening and writing.
3. Good command of computer skills
