Global Service Delivery

Within HSBC Technology and Services, Global Service Delivery is a business-aligned, customer-servicing organisation with the primary objective of driving operational excellence across our businesses worldwide. Achieving this through the consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes across the full range of HSBC operations, the division simultaneously takes responsibility for managing operational, location and processing risk and ensuring that services provided are at a best-in-class price point for the required quality level.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Assistant PMT SVS_ FPC SHH OPS.

In this role, you will:

·To ensure that all transactions are compliant with local regulation and internal guidelines

·To plan and prioritize jobs at daily operation in accordance with staff's abilities and experience

·To arrange periodically reviewing of the relevant e-DIB to adjust operation steps timely

·To serve internal/external customers courteously and sincerely with a friendly and helpful manner

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·Diploma degree or above (recognized by the state)

·Previous LPC Collection operations experience is a plus

·Good communication skills and fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin

·Proactive attitude and able to work under pressure with efficiency

·Meticulous to details
