RS Components (RS) is a leading business to business catalogue distributor of electrical, electronic and industrial products. RS supplies over 350,000 products from 2,500 quality suppliers with operations in 26 countries. To accelerate our business growth, we are looking for a dynamic professional to join our passionate and energetic team.

This position is for 3 months' contract only, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities:

？ Create Purchase Requisitions
？ Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order process
？ Co-ordinate with different departments to handle enquires
？ Manage the flow of information regarding availability of product and delivery information from Suppliers to other departments within the organization
？ Manage the inbound logistics process
？ Manage the local supplier including process of purchase orders.

Requirements:

？ Fresh Graduated students also accepted. Preferred 1-2 years working experience in Planning (material planning, production planning etc).
？ Diploma or above in Business / Supply Chain is preferred. Study in Statistic or IT will also be considered depends on work experience.
？ Working experience in FMCG or Electronic is preferable.
？ Strong analytical ability, good communication skill and "hands on" approach on problem solving.
？ Must be computer literate, good at microsoft excel and planning tool.
？ Fluency in English
