Production Planning Supervisor

Job description
1.Production planning
?Review 4M and arrange build plan basing on demand
?Daily publish 1~2 wks build plan by production line and by model
?Specially arrange NPI build plan on specific line
?Daily publish and track actual output Vs. plan and hold meeting to review open issue

2.W/O control
?Daily create and close W/O & RWO basing on CTB build plan
?Daily publish aging W/O and drive to close
?Daily review and track RWO ( rework W/O and RMA W/O )
?Daily publish EOL models WIP to ensure physical WIP ally with system

3.ECN/Deviation/Control run management
?ECN meeting to review build plan
?Update material loading list and create special W/O
?Coordinate with production for line arrangement

4.Auto back flush management
?Verify Baan and Flex Flow variance and do adjustment

Job Requirements
1. Associate or bachelor degree
2. Significant previous production planning experience of 5 years or more in EMS
3. Experience in operation of electronics manufacturing is must
4. Experience from EMS/OEM is preferred
5. English communication is a must
6. Strong, aggressive, mature
