Are you experienced in retail and feel passionate about denim and fashion?

We at Cheap Monday are looking for a new Assistant Store Manager for our store in XXX. As our Assistant Store Manager you will be a key person within the team regarding sales and service in our store. You must have previous fashion retail management experiences as well as a passion for the brand.

Overall objective for the role
? Together with our Store Manager be responsible for maximising profitability. Assist the Store Manager in organising the store according to Cheap Monday’s values, standards, policies and procedures.

Sales
? Secure that the team manages stock level as well as direct and indirect customer service in all areas in order to maximise sales.

Training
? Train the staff and actively maintain relevant a knowledge level to achieve excellent competitiveness.
? Find new potential and competance in the team.

Management team
? Assist the Store Manager in supporting the team and the store.
? Execute store activities together with the store’s management team.

Communication
? Actively facilitate and maintain the flow of information within the team.
