Job Scope

·Supporting and coordinating client infrastructure services across the region

·Defining client infrastructure service requirements and operations acceptance criteria in collaboration with central IT

·Operating regional client infrastructure components, providing or coordinating 2^nd line onsite support for desktop environment

·Coordinating 2^nd and 3^rd line support delivered by central IT or external service providers

·Monitoring and reporting performance of infrastructure/client services in the region

·Escalating incidents and operating level breaches, and preparing operating level reports

·Following work procedures according to service management based processes (incident, problem, change mgt) and perform configuration and asset management for all services related to the desktop environment

·Working closely together with colleagues within regional and central IT to ensure continuous improvement of delivered services

·Coordinating and performing deployment and qualification of new or upgraded client applications to end users

·Ensuring compliance with IT SOPs and guidelines.

Requirements

·Commercial or IT graduate (Bachelor’s degree level qualification e.g. BSc or BA) or equivalent experience

·Strong understanding and experience of client infrastructure services including providing and coordinating 2^nd line onsite IT support to end users

·Strong understanding and experiences in service management processes i.e. ITIL

·Problem solving skills with the ability to analyze technical and business issues and determine solution options

·Ablility to communicate effectively and build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders both technical and non-technical

·Experience in selection and procurement of hardware and software

·Cross culture understanding and experience of working in an international environment

·Willing to travel up to anything between 20-40% of the time as this is a regional role

·Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin with good written and spoken English

·Good written and spoken Korean is desirable.
