Responsibilities:
? Play assistant role for service manager to handle the after-sales service issues;
? Communicate with customer;
? Communicate with Germany headquarters.
? Translate German files.
? Other task assigned by manager.
Qualifications：
? Education:
Bachelor Degree, major in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
? Language:
Good in German both writing and speaking;
English as the second language;
? Experience:
At least 5 years work experience, heavy industry background in Germany MNC is preferred;
? Skills:
Good command of MS-Office.
Personal attributes:
? Good team spirit, communication skill;
? Patient, fast learner;
? Customer-oriented, keep good relationship with customer.
? Keep active under pressure, willing to take challenge.
