Global Payments and Cash Management
HSBC is recognised as one of the top tier providers of Global Payments and Cash Management services in the Asia-Pacific region. As more corporate and institutional clients continue to consolidate their banking activities with the introduction of payments and cash management services, the potential growth of this business is substantial. Our customers view our regional client service proposition as a key element in deciding with whom to mandate their business.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Assistant Manager Client Service.
In this role, you will:
·To provide a consistent regional or global framework for highest possible customer service and act as a single point of service contact for selected CMB top-tier PCM revenue generators.
·To support customers’ queries on all cash management products.
·To differentiate HSBC from our competitors by providing par-excellent personalised service To these customers in order To win and retain their business.
·To understand customers’ day-To-day banking activities and operational needs so as To perform insightful reviews To streamline customers’ processes and To spot cross sell opportunities.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
·At least 2 years experience in areas involving direct contact with large/multinational customers with a demonstrated ability to project himself/herself well to customers. Besides 3 years of actual experience, the incumbent must exhibit an above-par discipline in managing an end-to-end customer service delivery portfolio.
