职位描述
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Define supplier quality management program with clear quality metrics for outgoing PPM, AIR control and supplier improvement program
2. Introduce and ensure the supplier is managing the quality with proven program in the market like Lean, TQM etc. which really build a quality organization.
3. Define and execute annual Supplier Audit Plan which covering Quality Systems and RB audits together with platform procurement.
4. Resolve quality dispute with suppliers without impacting the shipment and delivery.
5. Review the quality performance with strategic suppliers in QBR and continuously looking for area of improvement
6. Measurement of key supplier performance metrics across platform quality complaint, supplier outgoing PPM, AIR control and quality training.
7. Manage a team of quality engineers to drive quality improvement, resolving quality issue and conduct new supplier audit.
8. Conduct new supplier quality and RB audit which align with GSC Asia sourcing strategies.
9. Keep and updating the tooling list to protect IMI tooling asset in supplier location.
10. Participate in global forum for supplier quality, EHS and RB annually and sharing the Asia/China supplier status.
11. Work with supplier on global initiatives like 3TG, CO2 emission reduction etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BS in Engineering
2. MBA – not required but preferred
3. 10+ years experience in managing progressive supplier quality programs
4. Six Sigma training/certification – not required but preferred
5. CSR or CoC audit experience
6. SA8000 leader auditor – not required but preferred.
7. Experience with quality tools including but not limited to Error Proofing, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, control plan, and 8D
8. Established statistical modeling capabilities
9. Excellent collaboration & project management skills
10. Excellent spoken and written English
