1. 负责所属地区的市场拓展,确保销售业绩的持续增长。
Responsible for regional market exploitation, ensuring sustainable growth of sales
2. 开拓工业及商业分销渠道,建立完善的工业及商业经销商网络。
Develop industrial and commercial distribution channels; establish a comprehensive industrial and commercial distribution network
3. 定期和不定期的客户拜访和客情关系维护,协助分销渠道完成销售目标。
Regular or irregular customer visits and business relation maintaining, promote sales targets fulfilled in distribution channels
4. 协助分销商或经销商对于本地区重要行业及潜在项目进行推广、宣传、跟踪及结单。
Assist distributors/deals with market promotions, publicity , follow-ups , projects acquisition and fulfillments for regional key industries and potential projects.
5. 对于本地区重点项目进行维护并完成项目销售目标。
Maintain regional key accounts of projects and achieve project sales targets.
6. 按公司要求完成市场推广工作,并负责该地区的市场调查及信息搜集等工作,为公司制定销售策略和行动计划提供支持。
Complete market promotions in accordance with corporate requirements, responsible for regional market surveys and market intelligence collecting, support corporate sales strategies and actions plans.
7. 负责区域内产品的售前、售中和售后服务等相关事务。
Responsible for regional pre-sale, sale, after-sales service for products.

1. 大专以上学历,年龄40岁以下
Junior college degree or above, age under 40
2. 五年以上大型渠道开拓及管理经验。
More than 5 years of big channel development and management.
3. 三年以上团队管理经验。
Over 3 years team management experience
4. 思维清晰,有较好的独立判断和谈判能力。
Clear considering, with independent judgment and negotiation skills.
5. 有较好的客户维护能力和语言沟通能力。
Ability to maintain important business, good communication skills.
6. 有创新精神,勇于开拓市场的魄力,有责任心,吃苦耐劳,有毅力。
Innovative, perseverant, have courage to exploit the market, with strong sense of responsibility and can be hard.
7. 熟悉电力,消防,地铁等行业的项目操作者优先。
Familiar with project operation in industries of fire protection, electric power industry and metro is preferred.
