Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for prescreening, assessment, offer management and job advertisement management

- Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan

- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes

- Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the Pay & Benefits area

- Deal with Pay & Benefits requests

- Answer clients’ calls and emails

- Process clients’ queries and escalations

- Provide clarification on HR policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above

- Professional HR qualification as required in the local country, with full HR functional knowledge

- A good team player and fast learner with excellent communication and comprehension skills

- Good at MS Office, processing specific systems/tools, e.g. SAP, Taleo, TalentLink, Oracle, My Learning

- Fluent Korean/ Japanese/ Vietnamese, good English both written and spoken
