职位描述
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to develop a career in a truly international, dynamic and demanding business environment.This position provides operational management and coordination of support of company medical services activities consistent with contractual commitments.Coordinates operational activities to support remote site staff and services to ensure the delivery of high quality medical services. Ensures that resources are planned in advance, cost-effectively, and are available for new and existing sites.Manages and co-ordinates the mobilization and demobilization of new sites to meet contract deliverables, and responsible for project cost control to achieve gross margin targets
Main Responsibilities:
1.Ensures facilities are maintained to an operational standard of professional excellence, including medical staffing, equipment and patient services.
2.Demonstrates the ability to create an atmosphere and conditions that are conducive to and foster motivation of employees to work to optimal efficiency.
3.Directly responsible for client satisfaction and quality standards in the execution and running of contracts life cycle.
4.Able to demonstrate understanding of China market and operating conditions, and work cohesively with Head of Operations and Medical Director China to execute China Business Plan.
5.Adapt procedures and management approaches in collaboration with the sales and marketing team, to drive the increase and expansion of the number of sites.
6.Gives input to training manager on training requirements as defined from audits and quality checks.
Required Competencies:
1.Previous international experience working in multicultural environments especially in developing and culturally challenging countries.And at least 3 years operations management experience.
2.Proven management and operational experience including relevant human resources training,customer-service experience project.
3.High level of spoken and written English fluency. Must be comfortable interacting with foreigners on a professional and personal level.Mandarin language skills would be an advantage.
4.Proven ability to coordinate and multi-task,strong interpersonal skills
5.Travel frequently, 20% - 30% of the time.
