Core Accountabilities:
1.Master Clarks training tool kit and be able to train retail sales team, and the trainer for Clarks China

franchise. Be able to develop localized premium version of training content.
2.Working closely with sales team and franchisee to integrate all training courses, resources & agenda.
3.Understanding visual merchandising brief and constantly giving market feedback monthly. Supervise visual merchandising execution at store level to ensure the execution is in-line with Clark’s brief.
4.Ensure Clarks brand presentation and product visual merchandising following company guidelines in all stores.
5.Assist with the set up of showrooms at the start of every season and for retail selling session
6.Provide coaching for franchisee /store managers after in-class phase trainings

Requirements:
· Experience in working in a multinational Company, preferably in the footwear industries or consumer products
· Responsibility in managing different departments
· Good interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, caring, sensitivity on people
· Focus on accuracy and quality
· Team player
· Pro-active, good communication and coordination skills
· Proactive and well-organized, detail orientation, sense of responsibility ·
· Frequent travel required mainly within Mainland China
· Excellent in Microsoft window applications especially in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
· Proficient in English and Mandarin language both written and oral
