Sales Analyst

Report to IST Manager

Major Responsibilities:

Manage BW payment

· Daily payment management, include BR allocation, open invoice

· Swipe CC for monthly deduction

· Follow up with un-deducted clients and push payment

· Update & modify the correct bank information for client

· Debt follow up

· Terminate un-valid BW card

Renew BW Client

· Check renewal list, succeed to renew BW client at certain set target

· Communicate & understand non-renewal clients and propose suggestions for improvement

· Approach clients that do not or infrequently use their card to understand their needs, and push to TRY; set up a calling structure and report activation results

Push BW Card Sales

· Sales call to new client, find new opportunity; prepare a data base and set up a call plan

· Educate clients on the benefits of BW card
