职位描述
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategies and Targets
Work with the country General Manager in mapping out long term strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals
Perform highly involved duties to support sales development and Key Product market penetration in strategic market segments.
Commit to and achieve company sales objectives and growth targets in accordance with the company's financial goals.
Provide regular feedback to management team on new customers, business situation, distribution trends, market trends and competitors' strategies
Sales Distribution Channels
Manage distributors channel and develop direct key retailer alliances.
Maximize the existing customer portfolio and develop territory with the addition of new product introductions and customers.
Secure key distributors, customers, and other specified route to market channels.
Monitor sales performance of current and future distribution channels.
Influence key decision makers from Retailers & Distributors with the objective to arrive at a successful sale performance.
Sales Force & Trade Marketing Operations
Coach, motivate and develop the sales force to achieve a high professional standard and meet the monthly sales targets and KPI targets.
Formulate and maintain sales standard operating procedures and control mechanism such as basic call procedure, time management, effective coverage and work plan, accounts and stocks management, operational expenses and other related sales functions and activities to ensure maximum sales force effectiveness and efficiency.
Identify and control credit terms and credit lines to current and future Distribution channels / accounts
Build a strong level of market intelligence on trends and competitive conditions in the country with feedback to Marketing Department.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related disciplines.
8 years or above sales or business development experiences with proven successful track record. Experience in consumer products and lifestyle products are preferable.
Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid experiences in drive sales team and distributor management.
Sales driven and result-oriented with excellent business negotiation skills.
Innovative with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Well organized & capable of completing multi-tasks simultaneously.
Computer literate with knowledge of MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
Fluency in Mandarin and good English.
