JOB SUMMARY
Be responsible for C&B policy review and C&B project implementation.
Work with site HR to enhance the capability C&B policy & project implementation to improve the HR work efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be responsible for the C&B policy & procedure review, implementation and continuous improvement.
2. Participate in the C&B strategy planning and be responsible for the communication and implementation.
3. Be responsible for regular C&B project design and implementation.
4. Be responsible for the ad-hot C&B project to meet the business requirements and comply with the local labor law.
5. Be responsible for the local C&B practice in Corp.
6. Other tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor degree. Major in Human Resource is better.
2. 5ys work experience, manufacturing background is better
3. Integrity and confidential sense
4. Good analytical skill and logical thinking
5. Team player with good communication skills Data sensitive
6. Can work under pressure
7. Familiar with local labor law and regulation
8. Good command of English
