Job Title: C&B Supervisor – AP HQ
Report to: C&B Manager – AP HQ
Location: Shanghai


Position Main Responsibilities and Major Continuing goals:
? In charge of AP HQ Office and R&D Center monthly payroll
? In charge of AP HQ Office and R&D Center staffs' CIIC management fee and social security benefits fee checking
? As HRIS Administrator, maintain the HR systems
? Conduct the C&B training for new hires in the New Employee Orientation
? Check and summarize foreign employees' annual IIT filing, benefit cost
? Coordinate to summarize and analyst China each sites monthly C&B report
? Coordinate the individual compensation review, promotion proposal for AP HQ Office and R&D Center
? Assist C&B Manager to complete others C&B projects as necessary
? Assist C&B Manager to complete the annual performance review
? Assist C&B Manager to analyze the C&B data
? Other supports as required by C&B Manager.

Key Competencies:
? Bachelor degree with major in HRM / Administration / English or related.
? At least 5 years in C&B responsibilities, working experience in a multinational environment is an added advantage.
? Good knowledge on China Labor Law and IIT
? Good understanding on HR management and C&B management
? Willing to learn and has potential to be developed, good analytical and communication skill.
? Excellent working knowledge of PC software such as MS word, Powerpoint and Excel.
? Fluent English, CET 6 above
