- Conduct fact-based analysis of market trends; competitive data; technology advancements; and customer segment needs assessment and new product developments. Utilize these analyses in the development of tailored value propositions, market development strategies, and targeted marketing materials for GP&H solutions in the China market.
- Develop marketing programs and go to market strategies to generate UOP GP&H and Honeywell brand awareness in the China natural gas treating, syngas treating, and hydrogen purification industries.
- Define current China conventional gas and syngas treating and upgrading requirements and addressable market potential.
- Integrate relevant Honeywell offers into One Honeywell solutions for natural gas projects in China.
- Work closely with China Sales and Regional Marketing Director to position UOP for success in near-term conventional gas processing and hydrogen opportunities.
- Identify and develop UOP hydrogen purification opportunities targeted at China refineries and petrochemical complexes requiring high purity hydrogen.
- Help prepare China Sales teams to deliver relevant value propositions to target customers and industry segments.
- Provide vital input to the GP&H strategic and annual operating plans for business growth.
- Monitor industry trends that affect key industry segment demand.
- Provide marketing support for other markets in Asia on an as-needed basis.



Basic Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering is required.
- Masters of Business Administration degree is strongly recommended.
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, M&A, strategy formulation and/or business development within the refining, petrochemical and/or gas processing industry is required.
- Speak Mandarin and English fluently.
