职位描述
Job Description *
1). Understand ORT Reliability Test (Temperature Cycle, Damp Heat, etc) purpose, condition and chamber operation process.
2). Develops and initiates product ORT Reliability Test Plan for NPI and Mass Production.
3). Develops and initiates ORT Test Working Instruction for operators.
4). Develops and initiates ORT chamber daily/weekly/monthly/annualy Preventive Maintenance Instruction and conduct PM.
5). Monitor the UUT status and conduct failure analysis if any failure during the test.
6). Key contact with customer on the failure analysis and report ORT Test result to customer and internal team on weekly basis.
7). Drive product design, manufacuring process for product reliability improvement based on ORT test result.
8). Work with corparate/regional lab engineers for product reliabiliy evaluation with software system for reliability test desgin and drive for improvement.
Job Requirements *
1). Familiar with SMT, Hand Load and Box Build manufacturing process.
2). Good konwledge of electronic circuit, Functional Test background is preferable.
3). Good experience of reliability test.
4). Good English reporting.
5). Strong leadership and ownership.
