职位描述
JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
? Customer Service
- Provide professional service to customers according to company's guidelines and standards
- Understand CRM System and support on the customer information collection and have ownership on it.
- Follow up on customers' feedback and establish long term relationship with customers
- Clear about relevant customer service knowledge and company policies such as Alternation, Damage and Repair, Global Return policies and etc.
- Work with the team together to achieve the Customer Service KPIs like Mystery Shoppers Satisfaction, completeness and accuracy on the customer database and etc.
? Product Knowledge
- Grasp solid product knowledge like Fabrics, market trends, Pacchettis, accessories and etc.
- Grasp MTM knowledge, familiar with relevant measurement and service process
- other product knowledge and policies required by the company
? Sales Operation
- Work with the team to achieve the monthly and yearly sales target assigned by the company to the area and the store
- Execute the sales plans of the company
- Obtaining relevant selling skills like approaching and greeting customers, active question skills, cross-selling and etc.
- Could proactively overcome selling obstacles with the team
- Continuously improve Sales KPIs like cross-selling ratio, Conversion Rate, average sales bill and etc.
? Personal Appearance
- Strictly execute the Sales Grooming policies of the company like Uniform Wearing Standards, uniform maintenance policies and etc.
? Store Image and Stock Management
- Maintain the store environment clean and tidy according to the company requests
- Understand the stock room management requests and strictly execute according to the relevant process
- Strictly follow the company policy and process on the stock taking actions to guarantee the accuracy and punctuality
? Visual Merchandising
- Grasp the knowledge of Store visual merchandising and its themes
- Support VM to set up the store windows and adjust store display
? Take care other ad hoc works assigned by Boutique Manager and Boutique Supervisor
? Following other company policies and rules in daily work
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Sales experience in Clothes Retailing, Cosmetics or other high end service industries
Good Communication Skill with mature manner
Honest, Responsible and good team work spirit.
Proactive and can work under pressure
