职位描述
JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
? CRM
- Customer information input into CRM System and continuous improve customer database completeness and accuracy
- Run regular CRM report as required by CRM department and Boutique Manager
- Follow up with Customer Advisor on shop CRM activities implementation
- Provide updated CRM information to the shop sales team
- Generate the potential customer list for marketing event as required
? RIS
- Input sales record into the RIS system and ensure the accuracy
- Ensure correct stock transfer RIS system and updated record on time
- Operate merchandise transfer in & out on schedule and keep record
- Keep shop inventory book updated
- Run RIS report as required by Boutique Manager
- Prepare sales analysis report per Boutique Manager's requirement
? Deposit Management
- Complete deposit report and ensure the accuracy of the report
- Keep deposit report updated and accuracy
- Check discrepancy of RIS turnover and landlord report
? File Management
- Setup a clear filing system in the shop and ensure all the documents are properly filed
? Customer Service
- Receive shop phone calls in company standard manner
- Greet customer in standard manner when customer enter the shop
? Responsibility as the Cashier
- Ensure cash management on-site to comply with company policy
- Cooperate with local bank to handle cash in and out from company account
- Monitoring all invoices released based on laws and policy
- Cooperate with local tax authority to do the invoice buy and declare
- Submit monthly tax report to local tax authority after got the approved report from office
Prepare & monitoring daily sales reports are prepared on time and matched with RIS
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-Precise and pay attention to details
-Proactive to keep Boutique Manage updated in shop operation issues
-Team work to support Customer Advisor to achieve excellence in customer service and sales target
-Good communication skills and customer centric
Accountant certificate for own license shop is preferred
