工作职责：
1.负责电镀生产现场的管理，生产力提高改善项目的实行，对电镀工艺及技术的总负责。
2.负责编制和维护各类工艺技术文件相关记录表式，完善技术文件,参与新产品的开发,做好电镀生产工艺和产品质量的持续改进工作，产品品质相关的数据统计与分析;

3. 熟悉滚镀电镀工艺流程，具备电镀品质管控经验和能力，最好有镀铬，锌镍，锌铁，磷化等的电镀经验。

4.熟练掌握危险化学品，熟悉ISO质量体系，了解产品开发流程，能够对工艺、产品提出改善方案；

5.熟悉实验室设备的运行，对化工设备、容器等有充分的了解和接触，有扎实的理论基础和实践经验；

6.水处理设备的现场管理，制定水处理设备的操作规程，负责水处理设备的日常维护保养。

7.负责电镀车间技术人员的指导和培训工作。

任职要求：
1．大专以上学历，
2．有3年以上电镀现场工作管理经验，有镀锌，锌镍镀种尤佳；
3．熟练操作MS Office办公软件；;
4．有强烈的责任心、有较强的应对能力及吃苦耐劳、团队合作精神。
