职位描述
工作职责
1． 有电镀行业电镀化验工作经验，熟悉电镀工艺流程（镀锌，锌镍，磷化）。
2． 懂化学原理,熟悉电镀化验室滴定分析、赫尔槽试片、原子吸收光谱仪、镀层性能测试操作,如盐雾测试，膜厚测试，滴定分析等。
3． 现场电镀液分析化验；标准溶液配置；原料进料检验。
4． 熟练使用各种分析器具,熟悉电镀药液分析
5． 负责化验室文档的管理，包括制定工作指导书，操作规程，记录表格的制定。
6． 负责电镀车间化验人员的指导和培训工作
任职要求：
1． 中专以上学历
2． 有3年以上电镀现场工作经验，有镀锌，锌镍，磷化经验尤佳。
3． 3年以上电镀化验品控工作。
4． 熟练操作WORD、EXCLE，能适应加班安排。
