Job Description:

v 主要在FAB厂负责北京和天津地区的量测机台的维护工作。

v 处理和诊断系统故障。

v 负责客户端量测机台的数据收集和分析。

v 维持客户机台的正常运转并降低运转费用。

v 为客提供有效的技术支持，并成为客户和美国总部沟通的桥梁。

v 支持新机台的安装和升级改造，数据收集，帮助公司提高市场占有率。

v 能够出差。

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

v 完成机台安装，软件升级，日常维护和现场服务工作

v 为客户提供 7 X 24 小时电话支援，能够倒班工作

v 能够独立完成软硬件维护工作

v 熟练使用Office 软件填写装机，维修，培训报告。

v 每周按时完成机台状况周报

v 善于总结维修经验和编写技术资料并在部门内分享以提高整个部门技术水平

v 能够给客户进行操作和基本机台维护培训

v 和客户建立良好的关系，寻求扩大市场占有率

Qualification:

v 学士学位或更高，半导体，电器自动化，机械 或相关专业

v 2-3 年以上电器，仪表，自动化工作经验，有FAB 工作优先考虑

v 英语，听，说，读，写 熟练，CET-6 优先考虑

v 良好沟通能力和人际交往能力

v 有光学量测经验优先考虑

v 积极乐观，吃苦耐劳，能够承受工作压力并能完成

v 具有团队和作精神

Office time:

v Monday – Friday.

v Am9:00 – PM6:00.

Job Description:
Dedicate in fabs, mainly response for Beijing and Tianjin customers to be responsibility metrology
tools maintenance
Troubleshoot systems to determine faults for non-performance
Customers’ information data collection and analysis related to metrology tools
Cost reduction and tool performance maintenance achievement
Communicate between U.S. resource and customer sites, provide effective solution toward any metrology
tools’ performance or spec wise concern
Support new tool’s installation / upgrade, performance data collection, to achieve company’s market
share and goal
Business travel is require


Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


Perform tool installation, software upgrade, maintenance and customer service activities
Technical phone support (7x24) and on-duty shift require as for FSE role
Work independent for troubleshooting recipes, and hardware failures
Capable to generate variation reports for tool install update, issue report and training material
Weekly base update and tool status update are require
Technical document and experience sharing within the group and enhance group member skill
Availability for training customer and end-user of operation and basic maintenance Rudolph metrology tool
Establish, develop & maintain positive relationship with customers to be looking for new business
opportunities
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above majored in physics/chemistry/semiconductor technology/electronic or related
2-3 years working experiences on electronic instruments, preferably experiences in wafer FAB is better
Fluent English speaking, writing, and listening, with CET-6 certificate is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
With Optical metrology working experience is a plus
Hard working with team spirit

Monday – Friday
Am9:00 – PM6:00
