职位描述
任职要求:
1. 大专以上学历,有5年以上客户服务部门工作经验,其中2年以上外企工作经历。
Collage or above, more than 5 years of relevant experience in customer service department. Must have experience in foreign companies in earlier career.
2. 具有良好的沟通和理解能力,以客户为导向,良好的时间管理和优先级把握能力;
Good communication skills with strong consumer oriented mind .Skillful in management of priority and time control.
3. 较好的邮件书写及数据分析能力,熟悉office 2010办公软件运用技巧(outlook, excel, word);
Excellent mail skills and data analysis ability. Familiar with Office 2010 software like outlook, excel, word.
4. 能适应快速及高效的工作环境,勇于承担责任,并能维护和协调各销售环节的有序进行;
Adapted to high-efficient working environment and be frank to find issues and improve sales operation process.
5. 具备团队协作意识及强烈的责任感,工作细致踏实,条理性强,能自主独立完成各项工作内容。
Team-spirit with high responsibility, and skillful in cross-function communication and coordination. Self-motivated and independent to take all assigned tasks.
6.具有人员管理或带领团队经验者优先。(专业不限);
People management experience is a plus.
主要职责:
1. 负责客户服务部日常单据的处理,保证所有单据得以高效执行;
Routine order process, sample/special order process, confirms payment, coordinate with different departments to ensure fulfillment of each order.
2. 处理客户询价(邮件或电话),根据客户需求提出最佳解决方案,据区域指引相应的供应商;
Handling all CN inquiries (by phone or email), recommend proper products or solutions to customer, and assign distributors according to region.
3. 负责中国区销售团队与各相关部门的协调,以确保客户需求得到及时满足,定期进行流程和常见问题的回顾与审查;
Main responsibility in coordination with all functions, ensure CN sales team and customers’ requirements could be fulfilled in time. Review SOP & FAQ inquiry on a regular base.
4. 对分派区域的销售团队给予及时的支持;
Most efficient support to regional sales team, like renewal of distribution agreement, initial order draft, tender paperwork, letter of authorization application, etc.
5. 每月开票申请并登记、销售数据更新、应收帐款核对、并为管理层提供有效报告;
Monthly China Domestic and export sales data analysis, sales record update, A/R check and provide sales report for management use.
6.客户服务部其他相关工作。
