Responsibilities

1.Carry out required development and maintenance tasks by planning, formulating, testing and evaluating recipes
and raw materials. This is carried out in consultation with a professional adviser and in accordance with the R&D
plan.
2.Report results from development and maintenance work both orally and written through R&D and tertiary reports to
ensure that the correct decisions, based on current experience, are made.
3.Search for and make use of knowledge through literature, practical experience, learning from others as well as
attending courses to be in a position to work more independently with more complex R&D tasks.
4.Have recipe responsibility for, technically, less complicated products through maintenance and following up
towards production and marketing to ensure that the quality of the product satisfies the market requirements and
environmental demands.
5.Have responsibility for making Decorative products suitable for the Chinese market place.
6.Plan and carry out tasks in accordance with the R&D plan.
7.Formulate, test and evaluate recipes and raw materials.
8.Report the results from developing and maintenance work.
9.Search for and make use of relevant knowledge, e.g. formulation of recipes.
10.Have recipe responsibility.
11.Work closely with the Marketing department and Regional Lab in Malaysia.
12.Responsible for developing products according to R&D Plan


Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above degree in Chemical related major
2.More than 3 years experiences in technical service field in coating industry.
3.Familiar with application and trouble-solving of industry coating
4.Professional in both oral and writing English
