职位描述

Trade Representative商务代表

工作职责:

- 根据城市经理设定的KPI,制定工作计划,以确保渠道计划的顺利实施,保证完成个人销量、销售额及新客户的增长的指标,以达成整个城市的业务目标

- 制定周行程计划并实施拜访卡和报告系统,包括新用户、销售、分销商管理等,确保门店覆盖率

- 门店陈列按照《门店陈列手册标准》优异执行

- 组织并核准渠道奖励计划和妈妈班、社区宝宝店、目录销售、咨询中心等

- 按照总部及区域的CRM活动计划,实施招募和转化活动

- 监督、管理CRM代表的日常工作,以实现新客户招募、转化及销量目标

工作要求:

- 正规院校专科毕业

- 3年以上FMCG行业背景,熟悉传统通路及现代通路

- 具备良好的销售技巧与沟通技巧,能了解客户的需求,并能与客户建立与维护良好的关系

- 良好的抗压能力

- 积极、上进且具有良好的团队合作精神
