工作地点:无锡分公司

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Create and design operations standards including policies & procedures and SOPs for China Head Office (CHO)
- Roll out the SOPs in all branches in China
- Design and conduct trainings of standards for different services
- Support and coach branches in the implementation of standards
- Conduct standard check & audit for different sites
- Support branches in developing training modules according to the different requirements and needs from staff
- Design and conduct operational training courses according to annual training plan
- Roll out and audit CHO training system in all branches

Support Operations in Branches
- In-charge of the creation of operations procedures for proper opening of new sites
- Provide necessary support to branches during Pre-Opening and Opening of new sites in terms of setting training systems to ensure smooth operations
- Provide necessary documents as requested by branches and site operations
- Support training and operations department in conducting training to maintain high service quality

ISO Document Management
- Manage quality manual for Cleaning; Food Service; Security and Maintenance
- Support operation team in establishing, documentation and maintenance of records to ensure that the procedures are followed
- Documentation procedures and records required by ISO
- Forms management and usage according to ISO

Document management for Operations Excellence Department
- Assist operation department in establishing, documentation, implementation and updating department manual for different services
- Manage manual and other document access control on server

Others
- Support Training Manager in building and implementing an effective training system and related policies and procedures to support delivery of quality ADEN Services training programs and optimize our training investment
- Analyze training evaluation results and introduce improvements on training effectiveness to optimize the company’s investment in training
- Coach, counsel and discipline Star Trainers and training participants, provide constructive feedback to enhance performance
- Ensure the effectiveness of training programs by applying fundamental training methods in the creation of training modules
- Regularly communicate with management and staff to maintain good relations and give recommendations in improving training system
- Keep records and files of all training initiatives in the Training Department Server and Intranet
- Accomplish other tasks as assigned by direct manager

Key Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Understand the latest technical trends in facility management services operations.
- Effective communication skills with good English (written and oral).
- Experience in training methods and skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including power point presentation.
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, honest, trustworthy and respectful.
- Willing to travel for work and able to work under pressure.


Education & Experience Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- College diploma or above degree.
- At least 5 years work experience in the training field, prior hotel and FM operations working experience preferred.
- Ability to foresee potential situation and provide necessary initiative to assure problems handled efficiently and expediently.
