Position Summary 岗位概述	- Attend weekly production meeting with workshop - Coordinate with planner for weekly plan and follow up on daily planning based on the master plan and actual production status - Make drawings for products, jigs and other tools - Control the workshop production on time according to plan - Supervise the parts flow between different production workshops (ex. Rings from RRP to die plant etc) - Statistics, daily workshop production report according to guidelines. - Prepare delivery plan for production material and follow actual delivery status - Secure tooling fixtures and others are available on time to follow the production plan. - Make weekly report for workshop including (monthly, report, manufacturing hours report. Bench Mark report, attendance report) - Generally assist the workshop supervisor in the Daily work. - 5S and safety audit on a daily base - Increase efficiency by close management on workshop floor. - Assist workshop supervisor in securing implementation of improvement plans on the workshop floor - Cooperate with maintenance team - Provide statistical data for accurate workshop management/control. - Working always towards improving efficiency.
Competence 任职资格	- Bachelor degree in mechanics or engineering - 3-5 year working experiences - Be hardworking and willing to stay in workshop for most of time - Be careful, patient, responsible, be able to work in high pressure - Good at CAD - Good at Microsoft Office package (Power Point, Excel, Word) - Level CET 4 English, good at writing and listening. - Good communication skills and have leadership
