职责:
1. 负责推动及协助各部门的lean改善项目和活动
2. 主导各部门Lean相关知识的培训
3. 指导及训练各部门独立完成Lean改善项目的能力
4. 为整个生产部门提供Lean的专业知识及工具的支持
5. 致力于整个公司Lean文化的推广
职位要求：
1. 具有一定的Lean的相关知识和技能
2. 有过领导和参与Lean改善项目的经验
3. 对注塑和冲压流程有一定的了解，有工程管理经验的优先
4. 良好的人际关系
5. 良好的沟通和协调能力
6. 良好的英语听说读写能力
7. 良好的团队合作精神
Job Description *
1.Push and support functional departments to initiate Kaizen projects and activities
2.Lead Lean knowledge training
3.Mentor functional departments to be able to independently complete Kaizen projects
4.Provide support of Lean knowledge and tools to functional departments
5.Dedicated to spread Lean culture throughout the entire company
Job Requirements *
1.Possess certain Lean knowledge and skill
2.Experienced in Lean Kaizen and led Kaizen activities
3.Understand Molding and Stamping process, preferred if possess engineering experience
4.Good interpersonal skill
5.Good communication and cooperation ability
6.Good at English speaking and writing
