Business Unit: Strategic Clients, Asset Services, China
Reports To: Executive Director, Asset Service, China

SUMMARY

Key role and responsibilities of a Director, Business Development – Asset Services China, based in Shanghai are:

I. To work closely with Regional Heads and Sub-business Line Leaders of Asset Services, China in marketing, client development and service delivery, especially to international and national-wise clients

II. To work closely with other Business Lines of CBRE in marketing, client development and service delivery, especially to international and national-wise clients

III. To explore potential business opportunities of exiting clients and take proactive actions with Regional Heads and Sub-business Line Leaders of Asset Services, China in materializing those opportunities
IV. To take up responsibilities in increasing brand awareness of Asset Services, China and to establish short-term and long-term marketing and PR plans to promote services of Asset Services to international and national-wise clients in China

V. To work closely with Corporate Communication to increase awareness and publicity of the branding of Asset Service to property media and real estate professional bodies

VI. To communicate periodically with existing international and national-wise clients in order to collect customers’ feedback for improvement
VII. To carry out any other assignments as directed by the Executive Director – Asset Services, China.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 Years, preferably with international real estate service providers
- Minimum Supervisory Experience: 2 Years
- Minimum Academic Attainment: University Degree
- Written Languages: Fluent Chinese/Reasonable English
- Oral Languages: Fluent Putonghua Reasonable English
- Personal Qualities: Charming character, excellent interpersonal skills, good teamwork, result oriented, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Others: Good computer skills (MS Word, Power Point and Excel) and familiar with accounting software
