Global Service Delivery

Within HSBC Technology and Services, Global Service Delivery is a business-aligned, customer-servicing organisation with the primary objective of driving operational excellence across our businesses worldwide. Achieving this through the consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes across the full range of HSBC operations, the division simultaneously takes responsibility for managing operational, location and processing risk and ensuring that services provided are at a best-in-class price point for the required quality level.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Assistant Operation Manager SD Nantong.

In this role, you will:

·To ensure the successful implementation of business strategies by managing, directing, and motivating Counter Service team;

·To lead staff to provide efficient customer services at the branch so as to achieve branch’s services and sales goals;

·To ensure operational procedures are in accordance with management requirements and local regulations;

·To keep alert for any suspicious Money Laundry activities and report suspicious cases timely;

·To control the counter operations and cash position by scrutinize exception reports and check cash daily to ensure balancing and keep cash under dual control at all times;

·To report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service;

·To cross sell bank’s products and services to the customers to promote the bank’s services;

·To contribute to staff development;

·To take the position of local compliance representative.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·Solid knowledge on counter operations and products for both corporate and RBWM business;

·Good understanding of local rules, regulations and internal guideline;

·Strong sense of responsibility and strong leadership;

·Good communication skill and oral English;

·Good leadership and management skills;

·Nice personality and presentable appearance.
