JD for Manager, Repair Lead, China

Job Location: KunShan

Duties of Position: (Include specific duties and responsibilities)
A.Manage the overall repair operation in China Depot
B.Responsible for the Plant P&L
C.Able to work with the cross functional team on relevant support required from Engineering, Quality, Material and other regional counterpart to achieve the set performance levels or targets.
D.Manage customers’ SLA & KPI target for both customer and internal metrics.
E.Involve in business development and support for the China region
F. Able to manage across the China regional footprint and different mode of operation.
G.Responsible for Trade Compliance, Custom, IOR/EOR and other statutory requirements for repair operation in China.
H.Competent in Lean Sigma and all mandatory e-learning requirements.

Qualifications Required:
1.Preferable Degree in Electronics or Telecommunication with at least 5 years in management position
2.Around 10 ~ 15 years in Technical Services industry (Telecom / IT hardware / Network etc.,) preferably in repair operations, customer service support & logistic coordination . Must possess good interpersonal skills, Communication skills, analytical skills, positive approach etc.,

3.This candidate must fluently in English.
