工作职责
· Ensure the efficient operation of the departments.
(确保部门的有效运作)

· Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that the rules and regulations of the Anthony Group and company safety rules are followed.（确保安全生产，符合集团安全生产要求）

· Manage daily production activities to meet the schedule set by the Production Manager. Verify that all required resources are available, i.e. drawings, machines, jigs and fixtures, tooling gauges, etc.（根据生产计划管理每天生产，确保生产必须的图纸，设备，夹具，工装等的完备。）

· Set all equipment to produce products to quality standards. Ensure all tooling is handled & installed correctly and all equipment is operated in accordance with SOP’s at all times.（设置好设备，确保所有模具正确放置和安装好，并且设备操作一直按标准操作流程运作。）

· Ensure all staff follow procedures as set out in the Quality Manual. （确保操作员工符合质量手册的流程。）

· Control raw materials to minimise stock discrepancies. Report all rejects and scrap.（通过控制原材料减少库存差异。记录所有不合格品和废料。）

· Setting as well as supervising the equipment to produce products to quality standards.（设置和监管设备确保产品符合质量要求。）

· Ensure all tooling is identified and stored correctly. Raise IR’s for all tooling that needs maintenance.（确保所有模具均有明确识别且正确放置。如需维修请提出维修报告。）

· Obtain approval of first-off samples from new tools from the Engineering Department prior to full production.（在批量生产前，新模具生产的样品需得到工程部的确认）

· Audit product quality. Store and control sample with adequate identification.（审核产品质量。保存和控制好带有标式的样品）

· Hire staff and carry out full induction procedure. “on the job” training, ongoing appraisals, coaching and counselling when required.（操作员工的聘用以及岗位培训及评估。）

· Maintain Skills Register and constantly request or provide training to improve employees” depth of skills. Ensure there is always adequate backup available for all roles.（深化培训，提供技能支持。）

· Monitor production times, reject rates and on-time delivery record （监控生产时间，不合格率和准时交货率。）

· Review the procedures and workflow and recommend appropriate changes to Management. Manage effective introduction of new procedures (SOP’s).（审核工作流程并给上级主管提出优化方案。并实施更新过的标准操作流程。）

· Resolve production problems in conjunction with the Production Planner or Production Manager to meet Sales’ requirements.（和生产经理一起解决生产问题以满足销售需要。）

· Resolve IR’s in consultation with the Production Manager or Engineering.（和工程师或生产经理一同解决维修事宜）


任职要求：

· More than 5 years in production management;

· Experienced in Press/Moulding Toolmaking production ;

· Able to supervise, prioritise, delegate & co-ordinate work.

· Able to work unsupervised within a team environment.

· Good written and verbal English skills.
