Job Title:Senior Manager
Business Unit:Retailer Representation, [China]
Reports To:Director, Retailer Representation - [China]
SUMMARY
Key roles and responsibilities of a Senior Manager, Retailer Representation - [China] are to:
I.Supervise junior team members and assist your Directors in the day-to-day running of the department.
II.Generate and execute retailer representation mandates for the department and Company.
III.Achieve personal professional revenue target via leasing transactions and referrals.
IV.Service existing clients, nurture client relationships and cultivate repeat business and referrals.
V.Carry out any other assignments as directed your Director, Retailer Representation - [China] or the management.
REQUIREMENTS
?Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
?Retail leasing experience gained with a service provider, occupier or owner.
?A proven track record of professional success.
?Proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
?Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges.
?Organized, self-motivated and a team player.
