职位描述

任职资格的具体描述:
In order to be successful the Segment manager needs to:

· Understand company’s strategy from both Commercial, Technology and
Energy trends within the segment.


· Understand the segment customer points around Energy and Energy
Efficiency


· Be able to lead a team selling production performance improvement
solutions at Executive level to key companies within the segment.


岗位职责:
Strategy:
Understand, Influence and implement the company's Strategy for the
Segment.
Identify and work on the Capex and Opex related business opportunities in
the segment.
Understand the dynamics of the segment in China.
Based on the strategy, develop and execute a business plan for the Segment
covering all business areas.
Influence the Segment road map for the benefit of the Segment business in
China.

Marketing & Marcom
Plan and execute Marcom and promotion events to ensure effective promotion
of the company within the segment.
Prepare necessary promotional documentation to ensure effective promotion
in the segment.

Project Management.
Coordinate international projects with the Global Segment teams as
appropriate.
Coordinate bid preparation with the Project Execution team.
Follow up on project execution with the Project team to ensure smooth and
profitable execution of the projects.

Sales Driving & Support
Manage the local and Global accounts sales team to ensure maximum Energy
solution when facing to clients/partners/government and media.
Coordinate sales activities across regional sales forces to cover all
Energy business opportunities.
Manage an opportunity pipeline to ensure profitable growth in the segment.
Manage the Installed Base action plan in the segment.

Resources.
The resources in a segment are organized in a matrix. Therefore the Segment
manager needs to effectively Work in a matrix organization with direct
leadership of segment dedicated resources and a coordination role on Region
& international based resources.

Management and Leadership
Manage the segment dedicated resources and mobilize other resources as
necessary.
Lead the team to successfully develop the solutions business on all levels.
Continuously develop the skills of the team working in the Segment.
Motivate the Segment team
Deliver clear reporting on the activities and results in the segment.
Be an active member / influencer of the Global segment community within
the company.
